I am a psychologist and professor of Organizational Behavior. I consult with organizations and teach on topics relating to dark personalities in the workplace, employee selection, organizational fraud and leadership. I have published empirical research on leadership, employee selection, narcissism and psychopathy in the workplace, and employee well-being.

Considering the negative impact that these individuals have on workplaces, I have decided that it was time for me to put my knowledge into a book that would help students, as well as professionals, understand who these individuals are, how they manage to enter organizations, obtain management positions, and the damages they do on the inside.
